7 tips da pro

1. Salva sempre le ricerche. LinkedIn Recruiter ti permette di salvare le stringhe — riusale e iterane le varianti.
2. Verifica il numero di risultati. Se >1000 → troppo larga, restringi. Se <30 → troppo stretta, allarga.
3. Aggiungi sinonimi italiani + inglesi. "ingegnere" OR "engineer", "vendite" OR "sales". Triplica la pool.
4. Escludi job titles inflated. NOT ("ninja" OR "guru" OR "rockstar" OR "evangelist") — spesso indicano profili junior con titoli inflati.
5. Usa "current company". Se cerchi qualcuno DA un competitor specifico, usa il filtro company invece di metterlo nella stringa.
6. Combina con filtri grafici. Stringa boolean + filtro location + filtro years of experience = laser focus.
7. Itera in 3 livelli: stringa larga (capisci il mercato) → stringa media (qualità) → stringa stretta (top 50 candidati).

Quanti caratteri massimo posso usare in una stringa boolean su LinkedIn?

LinkedIn Recruiter accetta fino a 1500 caratteri. LinkedIn Search standard ha un limite più basso (circa 300). Per stringhe più lunghe, considera X-ray search via Google.

No, LinkedIn non supporta wildcard. Devi elencare manualmente le varianti, es. java OR javascript OR javase invece di java*.

Quanto sono importanti italiano vs inglese nelle stringhe?

Differenza tra LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator e LinkedIn Search?

Recruiter è ottimizzato per hiring (più filtri, salvataggio progetti, contatti InMail). Sales Navigator per sales (più filtri company-level, NEAR operator). LinkedIn Search è la versione free con limiti severi.
