About the Role
Digital Marketing Consultants Inc. is seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Marketing Officer to lead our growth initiatives from our Milan headquarters. This executive leadership position is responsible for scaling our market presence, diversifying our client portfolio, and refining our agency’s value proposition to secure large-scale digital transformation contracts.
Responsibilities
•Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the agency's ambitious revenue and expansion targets.
•Lead the end-to-end business development lifecycle, identifying high-value opportunities and nurturing strategic partnerships.
•Overhaul the agency’s brand positioning to ensure we are recognized as a premium leader in the digital consulting space.
•Oversee the internal marketing team to produce high-impact thought leadership, case studies, and lead-generation campaigns.
•Analyze market trends and competitor landscapes to identify new service offerings and untapped geographic markets.
•Collaborate closely with the CEO and sales leadership to optimize the conversion funnel and increase client lifetime value.
•Manage the marketing budget with a strict focus on ROI, attribution modeling, and data-backed decision-making.
Requirements
•Minimum of 10 years in senior marketing leadership roles, preferably within a digital agency or professional services environment.
•Proven track record of successfully scaling B2B businesses and significantly increasing annual recurring revenue.
•Deep expertise across the full digital marketing stack, including SEO, SEM, content strategy, and performance marketing.
•Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in both Italian and English.
•Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies.
•Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and fostering a culture of high performance.
•MBA or an advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is highly preferred.
