About the Role
As the Chief Executive Officer for Digital Agency Inc., you will lead our Milan-based team through a transformative period of scaling and innovation. You will be responsible for defining the long-term strategic vision, ensuring operational excellence, and strengthening our position as a premier partner in the European digital marketing landscape.
Responsibilities
•Define and execute the agency’s multi-year growth strategy to increase market share and profitability.
•Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary leadership team across creative, performance marketing, and technology departments.
•Drive high-level business development initiatives and manage relationships with key global accounts.
•Oversee the company’s financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
•Foster a high-performance culture that prioritizes professional development, inclusivity, and creative excellence.
•Represent the agency at industry events and within the media to enhance brand authority and thought leadership.
•Streamline internal operations and processes to ensure scalability and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
•Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience within a digital agency, consultancy, or technology-driven marketing firm.
•Proven track record of successfully managing P&L and delivering consistent year-over-year revenue growth.
•Deep understanding of the modern digital landscape, including SEO, SEM, social commerce, and data analytics.
•Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in both Italian and English.
•Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and retain high-performing creative and technical teams.
•Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
•Experience in managing organizational change or international expansion is highly desirable.
