About the Role
As the Chief Executive Officer of Igaming Excellence, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and operational scaling of our online casino platform in Milan. You will lead the development of our long-term vision, ensuring robust market positioning, regulatory compliance, and sustainable revenue growth within the competitive iGaming landscape.
Responsibilities
•Define and execute the company’s strategic roadmap to drive market share and profitability.
•Oversee the full P&L, ensuring budget optimization and efficient allocation of resources across departments.
•Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing executive team across technology, marketing, and operations.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, investors, and strategic partners.
•Ensure the platform operates at the highest standards of integrity, responsible gaming, and AML compliance.
•Drive innovation in player acquisition and retention strategies to enhance Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
•Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for geographic or product expansion.
•Report directly to the Board of Directors on operational performance and strategic milestones.
Requirements
•Proven experience as a CEO, COO, or in a senior C-level leadership role within the iGaming or online gambling sector.
•Deep understanding of the Italian gambling regulatory framework (ADM) and international compliance standards.
•Strong financial acumen with a track record of managing multi-million euro P&L accounts.
•Demonstrated ability to build and scale digital products in a fast-paced technology environment.
•Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
•Native or professional proficiency in Italian and English is essential.
•Experience in navigating mergers and acquisitions (M&A) or private equity environments is a distinct advantage.
•Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
