About the Role
As the Chief Executive Officer at My Consultancy Firm Inc, you will be responsible for defining the strategic direction and driving the sustainable growth of our Milan-based operations. Responsibilities

•Manage the firm’s financial performance, ensuring fiscal health through rigorous budgeting and risk management.
•Act as the primary high-level liaison for key accounts, stakeholders, and strategic partners.

•Report directly to the Board of Directors with clear metrics regarding organizational performance and growth milestones.
Requirements
•Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, or in a similar executive leadership role within the professional services or consultancy sector.
•Strong track record of scaling businesses and achieving significant revenue growth.
•Exceptional command of business English and Italian (C-level proficiency).
•Deep understanding of the Italian market dynamics and a robust professional network in Milan.
•Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
•Excellent public speaking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•Analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
