About the Role
Top Consultants Srl is seeking a strategic and visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead our Milan-based firm into its next phase of market expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the long-term corporate strategy, nurturing high-level institutional relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-impact consultancy services across our diverse client portfolio.
Responsibilities
•Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive profitable growth and increase market share within the Italian and European consulting sectors.
•Provide atmospheric leadership to a multidisciplinary team, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with the firm’s core values.
•Oversee the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, capital allocation, and risk management frameworks.
•Act as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors and the operational management team, providing transparent reporting and strategic recommendations.
•Drive innovation in service delivery, ensuring the firm remains at the forefront of digital transformation and management consulting trends.
•Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including strategic partners, major corporate clients, and regulatory bodies.
•Spearhead organizational development initiatives to optimize internal processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
•Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, or in a senior executive leadership role within a reputable consultancy or professional services firm.
•Strong academic background, ideally an MBA or an advanced degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
•Demonstrated track record of scaling professional service organizations and achieving ambitious financial targets.
•Deep understanding of the Italian corporate landscape and a robust network within the Milanese business community.
•Exceptional communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
•Native or bilingual proficiency in Italian and professional fluency in English is mandatory.
•Experience in managing complex digital transformation projects (highly preferred).
