About the Role
We Do C-Level Consulting Srl is seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Executive Officer to lead our boutique consultancy firm in Milano. You will be responsible for defining the company’s long-term roadmap, scaling our service offerings, and strengthening our market position as a premier advisor for executive leadership teams across Italy and Europe.
Responsibilities
•Develop and execute high-level corporate strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth and operational excellence.
•Direct the firm’s consulting operations, ensuring the delivery of high-impact solutions to a diverse portfolio of corporate clients.
•Act as the primary face of the company, building and maintaining strategic partnerships with stakeholders, investors, and industry leaders.
•Oversee the firm’s financial performance, including budgeting, capital allocation, and risk management.
•Mentor and grow the internal leadership team, fostering a culture of high performance, integrity, and continuous learning.
•Identify and evaluate emerging market trends and expansion opportunities to keep the firm ahead of the competitive landscape.
•Champion the company’s mission and values, ensuring they are reflected in all client engagements and internal processes.
Requirements
•Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is strongly preferred.
•Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, or in a senior executive role within the management consulting industry.
•Demonstrated track record of scaling service-based businesses and hitting ambitious financial targets.
•Deep understanding of the Italian corporate landscape and a robust network within the C-suite community.
•Exceptional negotiation and public speaking skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
•Native or professional bilingual proficiency in Italian and English is essential.
•Experience in digital transformation or restructuring consulting is highly desirable.
