About the Role
As the Chief Executive Officer of Runway, you will be the primary architect of our strategic vision and operational excellence in Sesto San Giovanni. You will lead the organization through its next phase of growth, fostering a culture of innovation while ensuring financial stability and market leadership within our sector.
Responsibilities
•Define and execute the company’s long-term business strategy to maximize stakeholder value and market share.
•Provide visionary leadership to the executive team, ensuring departmental goals align with the global corporate mission.
•Oversee the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, capital allocation, and risk management.
•Serve as the primary spokesperson for the company, building strong relationships with investors, partners, and the local community.
•Drive organizational design and talent development to ensure a high-performing, inclusive work environment.
•Monitor industry trends and competitor landscapes to identify new opportunities for expansion or diversification.
•Ensure all operations comply with Italian legal frameworks and international corporate governance standards.
Requirements
•Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, or in a similar high-level executive leadership role.
•Demonstrated track record of scaling businesses and delivering consistent revenue growth.
•Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management, fundraising, or M&A activities.
•Exceptional communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to inspire diverse teams.
•Fluency in Italian and English is essential for navigating local operations and international markets.
•Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
•Experience operating within the specific industrial or commercial landscape of the Lombardy region is a plus.
